I'm having exactly the same - app not working, no reply from support although Felicity (real person?) did respond late last week saying that there was an update due Friday... and more training videos...

I paid by credit card - will get the bank to charge back ( a HUGE No No! if youwant to take money online) and potentially close down SWREG's merchant account(s) - that will surely sting them.
The banks are very supportive in these matters as long as it's not left too long.
