I have gone through the same issues, no answer to refund requests, and Paypal doesn't seem too keen to help either. Here's their reasoning Quote: "Because the purchased item is virtual, or intangible, the payment is not eligible for the dispute resolution process."
That is not the end of it though since they have helped others in the same situation. One just has to step up the procedure. I will call them, and file another complaint because they should treat people equally and since they refunded others who bought the same product around the same time.
I'll get in touch with my account manager at the bank also, and see what they can do.
It's bad that one has to lodge that many complaints, waste of time and energy, but on the'up-side it is also part of a learning curve - one possibly needs in this line of work. So keep us posted and let's join forces. I have just become a member of the warrior forum and think that we'll find some support there as well. Certainly, don't give up.
