I have got my Traffic Phoenix refund (4th Oct 2011)

I never actually used the software, I bought it on the webinar in a moment of weakness and after a nights sleep realised it was not for me.

I told TP this but was told if I have a problem with the software to let them know ie.no refund.

I then had a search around and found the ianexplores site and your post here.

I went back and forth asking for a refund and finally followed your advice and told them I was contacting the FBI IC3 division (which I would have done) to file a complaint and then contact the FTC and do the same.
Then search the net for other unhappy people and help them through the process to get an investigation going.
I also quoted the Implied warranty of merchantability law.

I was going to go all the way on this as I had made a genuine mistake and was duped by the webinar and wanted my money back as I would not want to use the software anyway after all that.

Thank-You very much for your advice as I was getting nowhere.

A lesson learned, buyer definately beware.

Trying to get Refund Traffic Phoenix

I have read through quite a few comments and this post and likewise, in a moment of weakness I bought the software. Meantime if has created havoc with my disc space, downloads don't work, I have put in around 15 tickets to get me a solution to the problems and I just get the merry go round by those scam artists....now I see that they are just buying time to get past the 30 day refund...

BTW these are standard reply templates they keep on sending from both Kelly and Felicity.

I have been going bonkers trying to get this thing to work, finally I thought I would look on the internet to see if there are other people who face the same problem as I do and lo and behold this is when I found this website...

That is when I knew this was a scam, the biggest problem I have is that I am past the 30 day return policy time frame...their stringing along bought them time and looks like me the loss of 997 dollars. I have been going back and forth with them for 3 months trying to get a solution to the problems yet they kept on stalling and stalling and stalling....

Yesterday I demanded a refund with all the things I would do (based on your info here) if they would not refund. Today I get a message

"Unfortunately, we cannot refund your purchase as its over the 30 day money back guarantee. Please let us know of a convenient time and day for you so that we can schedule a Skype call to help you through any problems you are facing.

Do you think I still have any legal avenue to get to them?...any help is appreciated thank you...

CONTACT THE FBI AND THE FTC AND TELL THEM YOU ARE DOING THAT AND ALSO TELL THEM ABOUT THE LAW THAT SAYS IT IS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO SELL A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK AND THAT YOU CONTACTED ME!!! AND I AM BACKING YOU UP AND WILL ALSO CONTACT THE FBI IF YOU DO NOT GET A REFUND! THEY KNOW ME AND DO NOT WANT ME ON THEIR CASE
